  1. Collection of Personal Data

Personal data is collected directly from internet users when they submit the form and the Success Story testimonial.

 

  1. Purposes

We process personal data through our form for the following purposes:

-            to manage the Success Story operation

-            to manage and process requests to access, rectify or erase data, object to, or limit, processing.

If the internet user's testimonial is selected for publication by our company, the personal data that is the content of the testimonial and your first and last names, other than the email address, may be published on all communication channels, internal and external to URGOnight and/or URGOTECH, including but not limited to the website, social media, printing on physical support, etc.

  1. Accuracy and Updating of Data

Internet users providing information must ensure that such information is accurate and updated. By validating the form, internet users represent and warrant that they have read and understood this Policy and agree to comply with its terms.

  1. Transfers

Under no circumstances, the e-mail address of the internet user will be collected by our company, be transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

However, it may be transferred to technical service providers involved in the achievement of the purposes stated above.

It is only if the testimonial is selected that the personal data collected will be published on URGOnight and/or URGOTECH's internal & external communication channels. Under no circumstances testimonials not selected by our Company will be transmitted to third parties.

  1. Data Retention Periods

The collected personal data (including testimonials) may be selected by Urgotech during two (2) years after their transmission.

For data from non-selected testimonials:

The collected personal data will be retained for two (2) years.

Consequently, the personal data will be deleted when one of the following events occurs:

- the end of the above-mentioned retention period.

- exercise of the right to erase by an internet user in accordance with the applicable regulations and the procedure set out in provision 7 below.

 

For the data from selected testimonials:

The collected personal data will be retained and used for the duration of publication deemed necessary by Urgotech.

  1. Confidentiality and Integrity

We implement the security measures required to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data of non-selected testimonials and of all e-mail addresses we process.

 

However, we cannot guarantee that those measures will completely prevent any disclosure of non-selected testimonials personal data and we may not be held liable for any security breach, in particular in cases involving fraudulent behaviour by a third party or where the security breach was caused by the user.

We do not intend to transfer non-selected testimonials personal data and e-mail addresses to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection, as defined in the legislation in force.

 

  1. Right of Access, Right to Rectification and Erasure and Right to Object to, or Limit, Processing

Pursuant to the applicable regulations, internet users have the right to request access to or the rectification or erasure of the personal data we process and the right to restrict the processing of that data. Internet users may also object to the processing of their personal data for (i) direct marketing purposes and (ii) two (2) years after the testimonial submission.

Internet users may exercise those rights at any time, without any explanations as to the reasons why, using the contact form on our website or by sending their request to URGOTECH – 15 Avenue d’Iéna 75116 Paris- France, enclosing proof of their identity.
